2. Order Edits / Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is simple: If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible but not later than 24 hours after placing the order.
Once the order is in our system, It can't be edited and we can't usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it's important that you let us know as early as possible.
If we manage to prevent your order being dispatched, we will cancel it and you'll receive a full refund. If we're unable to do so, don't worry! You can return your order to us using the process below.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We are extremely confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, it may happen that our product gets damaged during shipping. In this case, please feel free to contact us at care@bavlio.com with proof such as a photo/video of the damaged product. And we will offer you a re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund.
Please do not return the product without consulting with our team.

- To be returnable, the product must be clean and undamaged.
- Customers are responsible for sending the product and selecting the courier of their choice. We will provide a return address upon request.
